Job summary

Hnkt Recruitment, a UK hospitality recruitment agency, is launching a Goa team. We seek a Recruitment Coordinator to manage end-to-end activity from candidate search to client outreach, while adjusting to UK-friendly hours from Goa.

You will source candidates on job boards, screen CVs, post adverts, and build relationships with hospitality businesses. Goa-based or relocation-ready candidates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Excellent spoken and written English required.
• Based in Goa or willing to relocate.
• Able to work UK-friendly hours.

Responsibilities

• Search job boards and CV databases for strong candidates.
• Screen CVs and conduct brief calls to assess fit.
• Post and manage job adverts and track candidates/roles.
• Identify potential hospitality employers and pass leads.
• Recruit for entry-level roles.

Recruitment Coordinator - UK Hospitality Recruitment Agency | Goa

We're a UK-based hospitality recruitment agency with an established office in New Delhi, and we're now opening a new team in Goa. This is a chance to get in early, help shape how the Goa office works, and grow with it. You'll support our recruitment activity from start to finish, from finding candidates to bringing in new business.

What you'll be doing

• Searching job boards, CV databases and LinkedIn for strong candidates
• Screening CVs and having quick calls with candidates to check they're the right fit
• Posting and managing job adverts, and keeping track of every candidate and role
• Finding hospitality businesses that are hiring and passing on leads
• Recruiting for entry-level roles yourself

What we're looking for

• Excellent spoken and written English. This is non-negotiable, as you'll be speaking with UK candidates and clients every day
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, either agency or in-house
• Based in Goa, or open to relocating
• Good spoken and written English
• Organised, confident on the phone and not afraid to chase things up
• Comfortable working UK-friendly hours

It's a bonus if you have

• Experience hiring for hotels or hospitality
• Sales or business development experience
• Experience using an ATS or a recruitment portal
• Availability to start immediately
