Growth For Impact is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition support professional in Pune to assist the TA team with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidate interviews. You will maintain trackers, manage schedules, and support campus hiring activities.

Fresh graduates in HR-related fields with strong communication skills and a passion for grassroots impact in agriculture are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience coordinating candidates and follow-ups.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Interest in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduates in HR, Management, BBA, B.Com or related field.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates.
