Job summary

Polestar Analytics is seeking an enthusiastic HR Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment team across the hiring lifecycle. You will gain hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and building a strong candidate experience while learning how a modern TA function operates.

You will work on end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management, candidate engagement, ATS usage, and onboarding documentation, with mentorship from HR professionals and potential for a PPO

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed), social media, and referrals
• Draft and publish job postings across relevant platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screening calls
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS and tracking sheets
• Follow up with candidates on interview feedback, offers, and joining formalities
• Support employer branding activities and campus or walk-in drives
• Prepare weekly recruitment reports and dashboards
• Assist with onboarding and documentation of new hires

About the Role
