Job summary

Bandhan Life Insurance Limited in Mumbai Suburban is seeking a proactive HR professional to support end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding. You will build candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and engage with candidates to ensure a positive experience.

The role also involves partnering with hiring managers, maintaining recruitment trackers, and contributing to HR programs and communications. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from any stream.
• Prior internship or work experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, HR Operations, or HR Business Partnering is advantageous.
• Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources, particularly Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
