2. HRBP Daily Operations: Be at the heart of our employee experience. You’ll support initiatives that foster engagement & retention, and foster our people first culture. You’ll oversee end-to-end exit, leave system and address queries regarding reimbursements, referrals, and more.
3. Seamless Onboarding: Help craft exceptional onboarding journeys that make new joiners feel welcomed and aligned with our values. Your efforts will ensure they’re set up for success from day one, making their transition smooth and memorable.
