Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Documentation Management
- Guide new hires through the initial onboarding process and coordinate first-day orientation logistics.
- Collect, verify, and track mandatory employee compliance paperwork and background check statuses.
- Input new employee records into the company Database / Human Resources Information System i.e.Darwin Box.
- Maintain accurate, highly confidential physical and electronic personnel files.
HR Operations & Administrative Support
- Aggregate operational workforce data, including leaves, working hours, and initial payroll inputs.
- Help draft and distribute company-wide communications regarding internal policy updates.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for routine employee inquiries regarding standard benefits or workplace guidelines.
- Conduct desk research on current industry trends, market salary distributions, or modern HR strategies.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Assist the team in brainstorming, planning, and executing internal employee engagement activities and corporate events.
- Distribute feedback surveys to measure workplace sentiment and compile results into clear reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
- Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) or Google Workspace. Basic knowledge of HRIS tools or applicant tracking software is a strong plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor.
- Discretion: Proven ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential employee information responsibly.
- Soft Skills: Excellent time-management, organization, curiosity to learn quickly, and a proactive mindset.
