Job summary

ClearDekho Eyewear Pvt. Ltd. in New Delhi is looking for an HR professional responsible for screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining employee documents. The role requires a Graduate/Post Graduate with knowledge in recruitment and human resource operations.

The working hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and the 1st and 3rd Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate/Post Graduate as a fresher or experienced.
• Should have done Graduation related to Human Resource field.
• Knowledge in Recruitment, Job Posting and Human Resource Operation.

Responsibilities

• Screening candidates and scheduling interviews.

Responsibilities

• Screening candidates and scheduling interviews with department heads.
• Responsible for Joining and documentation of the selected candidate.
• Maintaining Personal Documents of Employees.
• Maintaining different MIS Reports of new joinee.
• Handling queries of new joinee.
• Job Postings on Portals and social media platforms.
• Assisting Human Resource Team in other backend work as per the requirement.
• Other duties and responsibilities assigned time to time by the management.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday : 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

2nd & 4th Saturday : 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM
