Job summary

AAFT Online, a prominent Ed-Tech platform, is seeking an Inside Sales professional to join the Sales team in Gurgaon. The Learning Consultant will handle high-volume calling, drive inquiries, and guide students toward enrollment in various learning programs.

The role requires 1–5 years of sales experience, graduation, and strong communication skills. Working six days a week with 10:30 AM–6:30 PM shift and Sundays off, the candidate should be target-driven and proficient in Excel.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive inquiries and admissions for short-term/long-term programs.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking to hire passionate Inside Sales professionals for our Sales team. The role will be based in Gurgaon. The role involves high-volume calling coupled with attractive monthly incentives!

• - Driving inquiries &admissions for the various short-term/long-term learning programs being
  offered.
• - Managing the entire sales cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of well-qualified
  leads till the final conversion, i.e., enrollment in the program.
• - Counselling students via call/email on which program would be useful for their career
  progression, and suggest the best options.
• - Updating the CRM regularly.
