Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Specialist role based in Noida. The Inside Sales Specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with prospective learners, and explain Career Switch programs, offerings, and career outcomes. The role involves qualifying leads, understanding learner needs, recommending suitable courses, and following up to ensure timely enrollment decisions. The specialist will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams, and support campaigns to increase conversions. Daily responsibilities also include responding to queries, resolving concerns professionally, and contributing to high levels of learner satisfaction and retention.
