Job summary

Speedioo is seeking an experienced Sales Head to lead our Pan-India procurement and inside sales function, manage a team of 30+ members, drive procurement targets, and scale operations across multiple cities.

The role requires 8-10 years in inside sales or procurement sales with 4–6 years in leadership, managing 20+ staff across cities, and a proven track record of meeting aggressive targets. Travel across India is expected.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or procurement sales.
• 4–6 years of sales leadership experience.
• Experience managing 20+ team members across multiple cities.
• Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and performance management skills.
• Automotive, used-vehicle, e-commerce, or consumer internet experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel across India as required.
