• Contact leads received through Meta and other digital marketing campaigns.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain the company's retail interior design, furniture and related solutions.
• Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, location and project timeline.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the Sales/Business Development Team.
• Follow up regularly with interested and prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups and lead status.
• Update lead information in CRM/Excel on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for qualified and high-potential leads.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Reconnect with old and pending leads to generate additional opportunities.
• Track follow-up commitments and ensure timely communication with prospects.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach during every customer interaction.
