Job summary

Transasia Petrochem Pvt Ltd in Mumbai Suburban seeks an enthusiastic telecaller to make outbound calls, explain products, and generate qualified leads. You will follow up inquiries, record interactions in CRM/Excel, and strive to meet daily and monthly targets.

Freshers are welcome; 2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork, with multilingual skills in Hindi/English/Marathi, will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Customer Service, or related field.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and Internet usage.

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
• Explain company products and services to prospective clients.
• Follow up with existing and new customers to convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams for lead generation and conversion.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Prepare daily call reports and sales activity updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 02 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and Internet usage.
• Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi will be an added advantage.
