Job summary

Universal HR Solutions in Maharashtra is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to handle incoming B2B leads, understand customer requirements, and convert prospects into confirmed orders.

You will follow up systematically, qualify prospects, prepare quotations, share catalogues/videos, and own the lead-to-order process using Excel/CRM.

This is an on-site role offering incentives and growth opportunities in the industrial machinery and packaging sector.

Qualifications

• 02–03 years of inside sales / B2B experience.
• Graduation in any field.
• Proven ability to handle B2B leads and convert to orders.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from IndiaMART, referrals, digital marketing, Google Ads, and existing customers. Qualify prospects, record key details, and ensure no lead is left unattended.
• Recommend suitable machinery, explain features, share catalogues/videos, prepare quotations, and conduct structured follow‑ups. Own the lead conversion process from enquiry to order closure.
• Maintain accurate records in Excel/Google Sheets/CRM. Update lead status, generate pipeline reports, and provide regular updates to management.
