Job summary

Oswaal Books, a trusted educational publisher in India, is seeking an Inside Sales professional to generate and qualify leads. You will conduct outbound calls and emails, understand customer needs, and provide product information. Schedule meetings and support the field team while maintaining CRM records and aiming to meet KPIs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with marketing, continual product knowledge, and a target-driven environment within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of inside sales, telesales, or business development experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients for lead generation and qualification.
