• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics, including sales conversions and productivity.
• Collaborate with underwriting, compliance, and operations to ensure smooth processing of applications.

The role involves understanding customer financial needs, presenting suitable credit card offerings, explaining features, benefits, fees, and eligibility criteria, and successfully closing sales. You will also address customer queries related to credit card applications, activation, and usage while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. This position requires excellent communication and persuasion skills, a customer-focused sales approach, and the ability to maintain a professional and confident tone throughout every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
