Role Overview

This is a full-time position for an Inbound Customer Service Executive focused on credit card customer support. You will handle inbound customer inquiries, provide assistance with credit card schemes, and identify cross-selling opportunities for relevant product offerings. This role operates on a day shift rotational basis with immediate joining available.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding credit card inquiries, account details, and service requests
• Provide accurate information about various credit card schemes and their features
• Identify and present cross-selling opportunities for credit card products and related financial services
• Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining service quality standards
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference
• Adhere to compliance and quality guidelines set by the client organization
• Meet daily call handling targets and performance metrics
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 1 year of BPO inbound voice customer service experience
• Bachelor's degree (any stream)
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in rotational day shift (6:30 AM to 8:30 PM window)
• Strong customer interaction and problem-solving abilities
• Comfort with computer systems and CRM tools
