Job summary

Ssmatrix Consultancy is seeking a skilled maintenance engineer to handle preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of injection moulding machines in Tirupati. You will manage wiring, PLC basics, pneumatics and safety processes, and coordinate with production to minimize downtime.

The role requires hands-on experience with electrical injection moulding machines (Fanuc/Sumitomo/Nissei/JSW), centralized feeding systems, and robotics like Wittman/Yushin; you will also prepare IMS ISO

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive maintenance of injection moulding machines.
• Strong understanding of electrical/electronics fundamentals.
• Hands-on with 3-axis robots or part picker programs.
• Familiarity with centralized feeding systems (Wittman, Motan).
• Able to read electrical drawings and PLC wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of LOTO and electrical safety precautions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of injection moulding machines.
• Experience with Fanuc/Sumitomo/Nissei/JSW electrical injection moulding machines.
• Handle Wittman and Yushin robots or related part-pickers.
• Work with centralized feeding systems (Wittman, Motan) and related peripherals.
• Maintain MTC, dehumidifier, granulator and related equipment.
• Prepare and maintain IMS ISO documentation and related records.
• Involve in Kaizens, safety improvements, and productivity initiatives.

Role & responsibilities

• To be Responsible for Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting & repair of Injection Moulding machines
• Should have experience in All Electrical Injection Moulding Machines like Fanuc/ Sumitomo/Nissei/ JSW
• Should have through knowledge on Centralized Feeing System Like Wittman, Motan
• Should be Able to Handle Wittman and Yushin 3 Axis Robots or part picker program and modification.
• Should be Familiar with working function of MTC, Dehumidifier, Granulator.
• Through knowledge about all Electrical and electronics basic function and application
• Should have through Knowledge on Basics Pneumatic and its Function used on Moulding Industries.
• Should be able to Make Jigs, EOAT required for Mould for single or multi cavity molds.
• Should have through knowledge on Understanding of Electrical Drawing of Molding machines and Wiring in PLC
• Should know about electrical Safety Precaution LOTO.
• Should be able to Maintain the Spare parts for Critical Items
• Should have strong hold the Break down analysis & MIS report.
• Should able to Maintain the Maintenance Documents for IMS ISO Standard
• Should actively involve in Kaizens, safety improvements and productivity Improvement activities

Training and awareness to maintenance technician

To handle shift operations independently to reduce the Molding Machines breakdown and to improve our machine performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good Communication & Presentation skills
• Should demonstrate good analytical skills

Must be proficient in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint
