Job summary

Kunstocom (india) Limited is seeking a maintenance engineer to plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of injection molding machines, chillers, dryers, robots, and utilities. The role focuses on achieving minimal downtime and rapid restoration of production lines.

You will maintain the preventive maintenance schedule per OEM SOPs, supervise moulds, jigs, fixtures, conveyors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to minimize downtime and ensure rapid restoration of production equipment.
• Familiarity with OEM maintenance practices and internal SOPs.

• Maintain and update the preventive maintenance schedule as per OEM and internal SOPs.
• Supervise maintenance of moulds, jigs, fixtures, conveyors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for machine availability and performance.
• Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation for audit compliance (ISO 14001, IATF 16949, etc.).
