Job summary

RR Manpower Management Services seeks an experienced Electrical & Maintenance Engineer to manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing machinery in Rajpur, Kadi. The role emphasizes troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and improving overall machine uptime.

The candidate should have 4–5 years of Electrical & Maintenance experience, preferably in plastic injection moulding or related manufacturing sectors, with a Diploma or BE

Qualifications

Diploma or BE in Electrical Engineering required.
4–5 years of Electrical & Maintenance experience.
Experience in Plastic Injection Moulding or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
Maintain Injection Moulding Machines, air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, conveyors, ultrasonic welding machines, and other equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimum downtime; execute preventive maintenance schedules.
Maintain electrical panels, MCCs, DBs, motors, drives, VFDs, sensors, and control circuits.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical & Maintenance Engineer to manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing machinery. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and experience in plastic injection moulding or the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
Maintain Injection Moulding Machines, Air Compressors, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Conveyor Systems, Ultrasonic Welding Machines, and other production equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimum production downtime.
Execute preventive maintenance schedules.
Maintain electrical panels, MCCs, DBs, motors, drives, VFDs, sensors, and control circuits.
Monitor utilities such as compressors, chillers, and cooling systems.
Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare parts inventory.
Coordinate with production teams for planned maintenance.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and LOTO procedures.
Support installation and commissioning of new machines.
Assist during internal, customer, ISO, and SMETA audits.
