Job summary

Ashirvad by aliaxis is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to oversee injection molding, extrusion, tool room, lab machines, and utilities at our Hoskote facility. You will drive preventive maintenance, manage MTTR/MTBF, and ensure IMS/EMS/QMS/OHSMS compliance while coordinating with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and costs.

Requires strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic knowledge, problem-solving ability, and effective communication in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong knowledge on Induction Molding and Extrusion system.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on all equipment and facilities to ensure their optimal operation and minimize downtime.
• Preparation of MTTR, and MTBF for all necessary machines.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and take appropriate corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Preparation and updating of ISO documents related to IMS, EMS, QMS, and OHSMS.
• Install, commission, and test new equipment and systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure equipment and facilities are maintained in accordance with relevant standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, including spare parts inventory and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with other departments and external suppliers to ensure equipment is maintained and repaired in a timely and cost-effective manner.
