Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct induction training programs for newly joined employees.
• Prepare and implement monthly and annual training calendars.
• Identify training needs through performance reviews, observations, feedback, and discussions with departmental heads.
• Conduct classroom training, practical training, role plays, coaching, and on-the-job training.

Training & Development

• Conduct induction training programs for newly joined employees.
• Prepare and implement monthly and annual training calendars.
• Identify training needs through performance reviews, observations, feedback, and discussions with departmental heads.
• Conduct classroom training, practical training, role plays, coaching, and on-the-job training.
• Develop training modules, presentations, manuals, assessments, and other learning materials.

Sales Training

• Train Sales Executives, Relationship Managers, Team Leaders, and other sales employees.
• Conduct training on:
  • Product knowledge and vehicle features
  • Customer handling and communication
  • Sales process and dealership SOPs
  • Lead management and follow-up
  • Enquiry handling and conversion
  • Test drive process
  • Negotiation and objection handling
  • Booking and delivery process
  • Upselling and cross-selling
  • Customer relationship management

Product & Process Training

• Conduct regular training on new vehicle models, variants, features, accessories, finance options, and competitor products.
• Ensure employees are updated on company policies, manufacturer guidelines, SOPs, and process changes.
• Coordinate with OEM/manufacturer training teams for certification programs and training requirements.

Performance Improvement

• Identify individual and team skill gaps.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees requiring performance improvement.
• Conduct post-training assessments to measure training effectiveness.
• Monitor employee performance and recommend additional training interventions.

Training MIS & Documentation

• Maintain training attendance records and employee training history.
• Prepare training reports and MIS for management.
• Track training effectiveness and employee improvement.
• Maintain certification records and training-related documentation.

Coordination

• Work closely with Department Heads, Sales Managers, HR, and dealership management.
• Coordinate training schedules across different dealership locations.
• Support the organization in building a strong learning and performance-driven culture.
