Smart Fix seeks a training professional to visit automotive dealerships and deliver both physical and virtual product trainings across multiple locations. The role focuses on maintaining schedules, recording attendance and feedback, and producing reports to evidence improvements.

The ideal candidate has experience in automotive service environments, training customers on products or software, and proficiency in local languages. Multilingual ability and willingness to travel are advantages.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive dealerships, body shops, or service workshops.
• Experience in product/software training or customer training.
• Proficiency in local languages; multilingual skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Visit dealerships to deliver physical or virtual product trainings.
• Maintain training schedules and ensure timely attendance.
• Develop regular reports evidencing training and improvements.
• Maintain attendance, feedback and training materials records.
• Create training materials and measure effectiveness through usage feedback.
• Provide continuous support before, during, and after sessions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations day-to-day.
• Local language understanding; multilingual is a plus.
• Open to adopting new software technologies and learnings.
• Automobile background or body shop experience is a plus.

Role & responsibilities

• Visiting to dealerships and providing physical or virtual trainings of our product. Keeping track of the training schedule, ensuring timely arrival at training sessions.
• Developing regular reports to evidence training and improvement in training.
• Maintaining records of attendance, feedback and materials.
• Creating materials for the training sessions. Measures training effectiveness based on usage validation and feedback.
• Providing continuous support, Training facilitators must provide support for learners before, during, and after the training session.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to the workshop topics.
• Flexible & open to travel at multiple locations on day-to-day basis.
• Local Language understanding. Multi-lingual would be an added advantage.
• Open & flexible in adopting new software technologies & learnings, thereby skilled to impart the same across the region.
• Automobile background or experience of working in a body shop/service shop, would be an added advantage.
