Job summary

Asprcm Solutions in Chennai, India seeks a Training Specialist to deliver and manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management training. The role involves conducting inductions, delivering classroom and virtual sessions, and coaching staff to improve quality and productivity.

You will create and maintain training materials, assess learning outcomes, and collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to close knowledge gaps. Prior RCM training experience is preferred.

• Ability to train associates on end-to-end processes.
• Ability to create and update training materials and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct induction, refresher and cross-training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training programs effectively.
• Train associates on end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management processes including Charge Entry, Claims Submission, Rejection/Denial Management, Payment Posting, Refund Processing, and Credit Balance Resolution.
• Create, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs and process documents based on updates and client requirements.
• Assess trainee performance through evaluations, quizzes, certification tests, and practical exercises.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback, coaching and mentoring to improve quality and productivity.
• Identify training needs based on quality scores, productivity trends, client feedback and business requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Management teams to address knowledge gaps and performance improvements.
• Track training effectiveness through certification scores and post-training assessments.
• Ensure adherence to policies, client guidelines, compliance standards, and process requirements.
• Support process transitions, knowledge transfer initiatives, and change management activities.
