Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with postgraduate qualification.
• Proven experience in maintenance spares and consumables management.
• Strong inventory control and stock reconciliation skills.
• Experience with SAP MM / GRN transactions.
• Proficient in material receipt, issue and store operations.
• Good documentation and record management capabilities.
• Familiarity with 5S and housekeeping in stores.
• Basic MS Excel and computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify maintenance spares and consumables against PO and documents.
• Check quantity, description, condition and required documentation at receipt.
• Coordinate with users for material inspection and acceptance.
• Create GRN in SAP after receipt verification.
• Maintain accurate store records and inventory documentation.
• Store items with proper identification and traceability.
• Issue materials against approved requests with proper paperwork.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via stock verification and reconciliation.
• Monitor stock to identify shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and ISO requirements.
