Job summary

Vvdn Technologies is seeking a warehouse/store professional in Gurugram to manage day-to-day store operations, material receipt, GRN maintenance, and stock verification. The role requires strict adherence to 5S, safety, and inventory control practices to ensure uninterrupted material flow across Production and other departments.

Candidate should have experience in store/warehouse operations, GRN understanding, and basic ERP/SAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in Store, Warehouse, Inventory, or Material Management operations.
• Good understanding of GRN, material receipt, material issue, dispatch, stock verification, and inventory control.
• Knowledge of physical stock reconciliation and discrepancy handling.
• Understanding of 5S, material handling, storage, and warehouse practices.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of ERP/SAP and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations, including material receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, and dispatch.
• Receive incoming materials and ensure proper quantity, identification, documentation, and physical condition.
• Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and other material receipt documentation.
• Issue materials to Production and other departments against approved material requests/issue documents.
• Maintain proper material identification, labeling, binning, and storage practices.
• Ensure space utilization, 5S, housekeeping, safety, and material handling within the store.
• Maintain accurate physical inventory and system stock records.
• Conduct regular stock verification, cycle counting, and physical inventory checks.
• Identify and investigate physical vs. system stock discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Maintain records related to material receipt, issue, transfer, dispatch, and inventory transactions.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Planning, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
• Ensure materials are stored and handled according to defined process, safety, and quality standards.
• Support internal audits and maintain proper documentation and traceability of materials.
• Follow company procedures related to inventory control, 5S, safety, and material management.
