Job summary

TAK Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Stores and Inventory Executive to support timely receipt, accurate recording, controlled issuance and efficient movement of materials.

You will coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Projects, Operations and other teams to maintain SAP records, support PDI activities, track faulty parts, and ensure audit-ready documentation. A Graduate with 1–2 years' experience and proficiency in SAP and MS Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in stores, warehouse, inventory management, or related operations.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Experience in material handling, stock management, and inventory documentation.
• Understanding of inventory control, stock verification, and audit requirements.
• Basic knowledge of PDI processes and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics teams for timely receipt of materials and ensure proper receiving after QC clearance.
• Record received materials, including serial numbers, and ensure accurate stock entries in SAP.
• Maintain Delivery Challans (DCs), Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), material registers, and other inventory-related documentation.
• Notify concerned departments after stock updates, particularly for tender-based supplies.
• Assist in coordinating Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) activities with Projects and Operations teams and maintain PDI documentation.
• Support material issuance against approved requests from respective HODs and ensure proper approvals and employee acknowledgments.
• Ensure accurate SAP entries for all material receipts, issuances, returns, and movements for audit and control purposes.
• Assist in handling faulty parts by coordinating with support teams and service centers and maintaining relevant records.
• Follow up on repair, return, and movement of faulty materials and provide weekly updates on repair status.
• Support periodic physical stock verification and ensure alignment between physical and system inventory.
• Assist in preparing stock reports, including opening stock, closing stock, and returnable goods.

The incumbent will support the organizations stores and inventory management function by ensuring timely receipt, accurate recording, controlled issuance, and efficient movement of materials. He will coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Projects, Operations, Support, and other cross-functional teams to maintain accurate inventory records, ensure timely SAP updates, support PDI activities, track faulty materials and repairs, and maintain proper documentation for operational and audit requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTION

14. Ensure proper filing, maintenance, and retrieval of stores and inventory documents for audit and operational requirements
15. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely movement, availability, and closure of material-related requirements
16. Monitor day-to-day inventory activities and ensure adherence to established stores, documentation, and control processes
17. Provide regular operational feedback on stock position, material movement, faulty parts, repairs, and other key stores activities

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
