Job summary

Oxford Placement is seeking an experienced professional to manage import-export operations in the Dyes/Chemical sector. The role covers end-to-end shipment coordination, document generation, invoicing and shipment tracking.

You will work with freight forwarders, customs and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth clearance, compliance with EXIM rules, LC/bank processes and GST. Relevant experience and a proactive approach are essential for timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 4 to 8 years of experience in import-export operations and regulatory compliance in the Dyes/Chemical industry.
• Knowledge of EXIM procedures, customs clearance, shipping documentation and Incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end import-export processes including documentation, invoicing, packing lists and shipping bills.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs, DGFT, shipping lines and transporters.
• Track shipments, manage delivery schedules and resolve logistics issues; handle GST and LC related bank work.
