Key Responsibilities

• Manage import and export documentation and customs clearance
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and transporters
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, GST, customs, and trade regulations
• Handle LC documentation and international payment terms
• Monitor freight costs, duties, and shipment timelines
• Prepare MIS reports and optimize logistics costs
• Resolve shipment disputes, claims, and delays

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, International Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in import‑export operations
• Strong knowledge of customs, DGFT, GST, and trade compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Excellent coordination and negotiation skills
