Job summary

Arubhi International in Thane West seeks an experienced Import & Export Manager to lead global trade operations. You will manage end-to-end documentation, coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers and transporters, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years in international trade, strong MS Excel and ERP skills, and meticulous attention to detail to maintain records and MIS reports for seamless order execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in import/export documentation and international trade compliance.
• Knowledge of customs clearance and international trade regulations.
• Familiarity with Incoterms, letters of credit, DGFT and GST processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import & export documentation
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transporters
• Handle shipping documents including Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, and LC documents
• Ensure compliance with Customs, DGFT, GST, and international trade regulations
• Track shipments and resolve logistics-related issues
• Maintain shipment records and prepare MIS reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order execution
