Implementation Specialist – Operations, Gurugram, Haryana

A Day in the Life

In Operations, you’ll be the glue that keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll dive into real-world tasks from day one, which includes optimizing processes and collaborating across teams to ensure we deliver on our promises and make things efficient and seamless, so our people and systems are always in sync.

The SaaS Product Implementation Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers in the implementation of our company’s SaaS products. The specialist will work closely with customers to understand their needs and requirements and guide them through the implementation process, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of the products.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding process.
• Develop a deep understanding of our company’s SaaS products and how they can be tailored to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development, to ensure a seamless implementation process.
• Work with customers to identify and resolve any implementation-related issues.
• Develop and maintain implementation-related documentation and materials.
• Continuously seek out feedback from customers to improve the implementation process and customer experience.
• Provide regular updates on implementation progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
