Job summary

Sapphirus Systems is seeking an Implementation Executive / Implementation Specialist to support clients through product implementation and onboarding. You will coordinate with the technical team, gather requirements, and help ensure a smooth deployment.

The role requires 2+ years in client support or SaaS product implementations, with strong communication and documentation skills, plus training and onboarding capabilities. On-site in Hyderabad, with training responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in client support, implementation, or SaaS product support (2+ years).
• Ability to gather requirements, coordinate with teams, and document processes.
• Familiarity with testing/UAT and ensuring quality before client delivery.

Job Title: Implementation Executive / Implementation Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Support clients during product implementation and onboarding.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
• Track client issues and ensure they are resolved within the agreed timelines.
• Escalate technical issues whenever required.
• Test new features and bug fixes before sharing with clients.
• Conduct online/offline training sessions for clients and students.
• Prepare user guides, FAQs, and other documentation.
• Maintain implementation and training schedules.
• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure smooth implementation.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Support, Implementation, or SaaS Product Support.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in requirement gathering and client coordination.
• Basic knowledge of testing/UAT.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with SaaS products.
• Client training and onboarding experience.
• Good documentation and presentation skills
