Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• 7–12 years in SaaS Implementation, Professional Services, Customer Success, or Consulting.
• 4+ years of experience managing implementation teams.
• Strong understanding of CRM, SaaS products, APIs, workflows, and business process automation.
• Experience managing multiple enterprise implementation projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
• Strong project management and analytical abilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle customer escalations with a solution-oriented mindset.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Implementation to lead a team of Implementation Consultants responsible for delivering successful product implementations for enterprise customers. This role requires a strong blend of people management, customer engagement, project management, and solution consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Implementation Consultants.
