Job summary

greytHR is seeking an Implementation Consultant in Hyderabad to lead client-focused SaaS implementations. You will oversee the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, conduct workshops, and tailor product configurations to client needs.

The role requires 2–4 years in implementation/consulting, strong SQL/Excel skills, and experience with data migration, UAT, and multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/IT/Business or related field.
• PM certifications in Agile/Scrum, PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and UAT management.

Required Qualifications:

Educational

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Certifications in project management (Agile/Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2) or SaaS tools preferred.

Professional

• 2–4 years of experience in product implementation, solution delivery, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS/HRMS/Enterprise software workflows.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and UAT management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/SQL for data handling and analysis.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
