merito is hiring for Lead - Software Implementation in Mumbai. The role bridges product and client success, owning end-to-end deployment of an AI-powered SaaS solution for mid to large B2B Enterprises.

You will ensure seamless adoption, measurable business impact, and exceptional client experience. We seek 1 year of ERP implementation experience, strong project management, and the ability to translate business needs into tailored technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in ERP software implementation / business consulting.
• Proven expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and solution configuration.
• Domain exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain is a plus.
• Strong technical foundation: software, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's in Engineering / Computer Science; MBA from a reputed institution is a plus.

As Lead - Software Implementation , you will be the bridge between our product and our customers' success . You’ll own end-to-end deployment of our AI-powered SaaS solution for mid to large B2B enterprises , ensuring seamless adoption, measurable business impact, and exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Implementation Lifecycle - Drive deployments from scoping to go-live, ensuring every milestone delivers value.

What We're Looking For
