Job summary

GREYTIP SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Product Implementation Specialist to lead client-driven SaaS deployments. You will manage requirements, configuration, testing, data migration, and UAT, while delivering training and knowledge transfer to client teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in implementation, deep knowledge of SaaS workflows, and proficiency in MS Excel and SQL. A Bachelor's degree is required; Agile/Scrum or PMP/PRINCE2 certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SaaS/HRMS/Enterprise software workflows.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and UAT management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL for data handling and analysis.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
• Track project progress, communicate status updates, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Document implementation best practices, templates, and client-specific configurations for reusability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring a seamless handover to the support team.
