Job summary

Staffnixcom is seeking an experienced Technical Implementation Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS projects for B2B clients. You will coordinate with Product, Engineering and Support to ensure successful customer go-lives and will engage with C-level executives to build strategic relationships.

The role requires 4+ years in implementation leadership and an engineering degree. Openings: Pune (1), Bangalore/Gurgaon (4).

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Technical Implementation/ SaaS Implementation leadership.
• Direct experience leading end-to-end software/product delivery.
• External/client project implementation experience.
• Coordinating with Product, Engineering and Support for customer go-lives.
• Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and enterprise stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong Technical Implementation manager profile with exposure to enterprise clients in B2B SaaS domain
• Mandatory (Experience 1) Must have 4+ years in Technical Implementation Manager/ SaaS Implementation manager/Technical Project Implementation Manager with atleast the recent 2+ years in a B2B SaaS company dealing with enterprise clients
• Mandatory (Experience 2) Must have direct experience leading end-to-end software/tech product/tech project delivery
• Mandatory (Experience 3) Must have External / Client project implementation experience (Don't want internal project manager)
• Mandatory (Experience 4) - Experience coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure successful customer go-live.
• Mandatory ( Experience 5) Must be comfortable engaging and presenting to C-level executives, Directors, VP-level stakeholders, and enterprise decision-makers, with proven ability to build strategic long-term relationships
• Mandatory (Core Skills) Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level reporting capability
