Job summary

AbleCredit is seeking an Implementation Manager in Bengaluru to lead end-to-end onboarding, deployment, and go-live for enterprise customers. You will map customer workflows, plan implementations, and coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

You will drive requirement workshops, configuration of workflows, and ensure successful production rollout with post go-live stabilization. Travel may be required for workshops and launches.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in SaaS implementation, product implementation, solution consulting, or enterprise onboarding.
• Experience with banks, NBFCs, HFCs, fintechs, or enterprise SaaS customers.
• Strong understanding of lending workflows, onboarding journeys, credit processes, or financial services operations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear implementation and technical actions.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end implementation and onboarding for enterprise customers.
• Understand customer workflows, business requirements, operational challenges, and success criteria.
• Lead requirement workshops, solution walkthroughs, implementation planning, and stakeholder alignment.
• Configure workflows, questionnaires, user journeys, roles, rules, and customer specific setups.
• Coordinate integrations, UAT, pilot launches, production rollout, and post go live stabilisation.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and technology teams.
• Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, blockers, timelines, and delivery milestones.
• Troubleshoot functional issues, identify root causes, and coordinate timely resolution.
• Provide structured project updates, trackers, meeting notes, and escalation communication.
• Conduct customer training and ensure a smooth handover to Customer Success after go-live.

About The Role

We are looking for an Implementation Manager to lead end to end onboarding and deployment for our customers. The role will own requirement gathering, solution configuration, stakeholder coordination, UAT, go live, and implementation success.

• 4-7 years of experience in SaaS implementation, product implementation, solution consulting, technical account management, or enterprise onboarding.
• Experience working with banks, NBFCs, HFCs, fintech companies, or enterprise SaaS customers.
• Strong understanding of lending workflows, onboarding journeys, credit processes, or financial services operations.
• Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, webhooks, integrations, data flows, and SaaS configurations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear implementation and technical actions.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, problem solving, and escalation management skills.
• Structured written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable managing multiple complex implementations in a fast paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for customer workshops, launches, or go live when required.
