The Platform Implementation Consultant is responsible for delivering smooth, high-quality onboarding and configuration experiences for new customers.
This role focuses on understanding client requirements, configuring the SaaS platform to match business workflows, and ensuring successful go-live within defined timelines.
You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Technical Support teams to translate client needs into practical, scalable platform setups — without custom code or development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements discovery sessions with clients to understand workflows, data structures, and business objectives.
- Configure the SaaS platform (modules, rules, integrations, permissions) to align with client needs.
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects — from kickoff through go-live and handover.
- Coordinate data migration and validation with internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Create and maintain configuration documentation, setup checklists, and user training material.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), address feedback, and ensure readiness for production.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth transition post-implementation.
- Provide configuration and workflow insights to the Product and Engineering teams for future enhancements.
Requirements
- Experience in SaaS platform implementation, onboarding, or configuration.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Deep understanding of data architecture, ETL, master data management, and integration patterns.
- Expertise in AI/ML, automation, and workflow orchestration
- Sound understanding of business processes (CRM, HR, Finance, or domain-specific workflows).
- Familiarity with API-based integrations, SSO, or data import tools (no deep coding required).
- Excellent client communication and project coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working with project tools (Jira, Asana, or Monday) and documentation tools (Confluence, Notion).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business.
