Qualifications

• 1-6 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre or related field (customer care, customer service).
• Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
• Ability to work on international call center operations (voice processing) with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex customer issues effectively.
