The Job Factory is hiring enthusiastic International Voice Process Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls for global clients in Bangalore. You will deliver excellent service while adhering to quality and compliance standards.

Roles include handling queries, resolving billing issues, and maintaining CRM records. Training is provided, with paid certification and performance incentives. Face-to-face interviews are conducted in Bangalore only.

Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate degree required.
• Excellent spoken English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience in international BPO is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls professionally.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
• Resolve issues related to billing, accounts, services, or products.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and call quality standards.
