Job summary

Organo Mart in Bangalore seeks a motivated Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process, assess educational goals, and recommend suitable programs to drive enrollments.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, maintain CRM records, follow up on leads, and build strong relationships with students and parents to achieve admission targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Strong counselling, listening, and convincing skills.
• A target-oriented mindset with an interest in sales and student counselling.
• Ability to build relationships with students and parents.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management is preferred.
• Previous experience in admissions counselling, educational sales, inside sales, or EdTech will be an advantage.
