Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various roles.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
• Candidate Screening & Interviewing
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Onboarding
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and coordinate orientation sessions.
• Employer Branding
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels, including social media and job fairs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other recruitment sources.
• HR Operations
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the HRIS system.
  • Assist with other HR functions, such as employee relations, performance management, and training, as needed.
• Compliance
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
