Job summary

Hyatt Regency Lucknow is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee the HR and Personnel Department, ensuring smooth operation aligned with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards.

You will assist the Director of Human Resources in implementing Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel, while meeting expectations of employees, guests and owners.

Qualifications

• Ideally a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Human Resources Manager or Personnel Manager in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
