Job summary

Hyatt Regency Lucknow is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the Personnel Department in alignment with Hyatt's People Philosophy and corporate standards. You will drive people initiatives, oversee recruitment, onboarding and employee relations to support hotel operations.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, problem solving and administrative abilities, with a background in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management and at least 2 years in a similar leadership

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Human Resources Manager or Personnel Manager in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
