Job summary

Hyatt Place Bangalore Bannerghatta Road is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the hotel HR team and ensure smooth daily operations. You will implement corporate HR strategies, ensure labor law compliance, and oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.

You will drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and relations, partnering with hotel leadership to develop leadership capability and align HR with business goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, management or related field.
• 3+ years as HR Manager, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance.
• Proven experience in people management and HR operations.
• Leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
