Hyatt Centric Bengaluru Airport is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead the HR team and implement Hyatt policies at the hotel level.

The role requires expertise in labor law compliance, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management, with a focus on employee engagement and leadership development. Strong business partnering with hotel leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as Human Resource Manager, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
• Proven experience in people management, talent development, and HR operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance business priorities with a people-centric approach aligned to Hyatt values.

• Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR and people matters.
