Job summary

Hyatt Regency Kolkata is seeking an HR Officer to assist in the efficient running of the Personnel Department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. You will support the Assistant Manager Human Resources in implementing Hyatt's People Philosophy across the hotel, ensuring guest, employee and owner expectations are met.

Ideally, you hold a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism, with at least two years of experience in a similar role

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Human Resources Officer or Coordinator in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities
