Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage our HR operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be proactive, people-oriented, and strategic, with strong expertise in HR policies, compliance, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company objectives.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes in a fair and transparent manner.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and professional development activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR documentation.
Partner with leadership to understand staffing needs and support workforce planning.
Maintain HR systems and accurate employee records.
Support in building a strong company culture and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
5–7 years of proven HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
