The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and have 4 years of HR experience, particularly in the manufacturing sector, alongside strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in HR, preferably in garment/export/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and factory compliances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
• Design and implement HR policies and training programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement, and compliance.

2. Manage talent acquisition for various departments including production, merchandising, and support staff.

3. Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.

4. Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and export house norms.

5. Design and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and training programs.

6. Maintain accurate HR records, attendance, and leave management systems.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. 4 years of experience in HR, preferably in the garment/export/manufacturing industry.

3. Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory compliances, and HR best practices.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
