Job summary

HireAlpha is seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter Intern to support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT roles, while ensuring a smooth recruitment experience. The internship is based at our Jaipur office and offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes.

You will source candidates via portals like Naukri and LinkedIn, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain recruitment trackers.

Qualifications

• Students or freshers with an IT background or MBA (HR).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of technical recruitment is a plus.

Location: 6th Floor, Signature Elite, J-7, Govind Marg, Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302004

Work Mode: Full-time | Work from Office | 6 Days Working

Office Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
